I've had several unacceptable experiences with Parcelforce - on every occasion I'm at home waiting for the delivery during the allotted time slot. I receive a text during that time to tell me there has been an attempted delivery and a delivery card has been posted through my door. Firstly, I have been in the room next to the front door and have heard no knocks and secondly no card is ever posted through my door. The driver may or may not decide to deliver the parcel after my allowed slot later that evening, or possibly not at all. Clearly the drivers are behind schedule and don't even attempt to deliver the parcel!!
