Parcelforce Worldwide, Welwyn depot - awful service. This depot have had our package longer than it took to travel from US (9 days now). In this time they claimed to have attempted delivery 6 times (this information they provide to the partners that used them as vendors and to their customers). We have a new born and my wife was home all the times (sometime she has seen online status change of the delivery while being at home), so we have no evidence that delivery was actually attempted. Moreover, on several delivery attempts the reason for failed delivery was wrong address, which is factually incorrect, and other times they don't claim this and when we called them they state correct address and post code. Welwyn deport conversation are very frustrating as they sound annoyed that you are calling them and on at least two occasions their promised to organise deliveries next day that have not been activated (this became clear in our last conversation with this depot). Bottom line, if delivery matters and you don't want to drive to the depot to pick up your package, think twice before using Parcelforce Worldwide.
