If there is a zero star I would select it for parcel services. It would mean Very very very poor.
I was send a message when the delivery will be....took day off...waited all day...can't move out of the house in case the driver turns up....at the end of the day I was told it will be delivered the next day....no notification about the change of the day....... they need to sort this notifying system... it obviously doesn't work.
