Absolutely the worst organisation I have used. Parcel collected for Australia on 3 December with guaranteed delivery in 14 days; still in the UK on 24th December. Customer service is useless and full of excuses and pre-recorded messages. No idea where parcel is or whether it will ever turn up. If your post office suggests that you use ParcelForce - go somewhere else.
