Did not leave the parcel with neighbours as requested, instead took it to a post office opened 9.30 to 2 which is not even in the same town and is impossible to be accessed by working class people who are doing 9-5. Not the first time when the instructions to leave with neighbours have been disregarded. The Amazon delivery guys always find a neighbour at home!
