Very bad and very rude, the driver attitude is so bad, I told him left my parcel inside of parcel box on the doorstep, he refused, I told him let me open the door, he heard that and he didn’t wait for even one second and said “then there is no parcel for you!” and quickly ran back his car and drag my parcel carelessly! The driver didn’t left the parcel and did not left any card. I am so angry, My camera recorded it as evidence! If I were the boss of Hatfield depot, I will definitely fire this guy!
