Laughable, Laughing-stock..
I have yet to receive or send a parcel successfully with them.
The last International attempt was 'lost in transit' and guess what, the claim for compensation was impossible to pursue due to the hoops they want you to jump through. I did everything they asked but the claim was 'closed' without explanation or ability to ask why. Horrible.
