Poor service, if I could give 0 stars I would. Item wasn't delivered on time due to an 'insuffient address' (there was nothing wrong with it and entered correctly as confirmed by a PF advisor). Can't collect the item from the depot without proof of my work address. Paid express delivery as needed the item today, now I'm going to miss racing tonight because of their error.
Not happy and will be seeking compensation for the loss of £35 from racing and also the extra costs of postage. Won't ever be using PF again.
