Absolute jokers - no point insuring anything with them as they will find every excuse under the sun not to pay anything. Tried to say that a box that was completely sturdy, filled with packaging paper and bubble wrap wasn’t adequately protected. When that didn’t work they said the item was excluded anyway. But still took the money!
