Tracking system advised delivery was on schedule, then I was informed there was no one in to take the parcel. I was advised delivery would be attempted another day ( live plants being delivered). Several hours later I was informed the parcel was at a post office. When I collected it I was told the delivery driver for Parcel force had dropped the whole load off at the Post Office that morning with clearly no intention to do a round. Beware, tracking system is based on LIES. There was no attempt to deliver, no card, no intention to carry out schedule.
