Putting a 1 star because won't allow a zero. Worst company I've ever had to deal with! I had a parcel coming from the EU, I NEVER received a letter with a custom charge, so the parcel was updated as being sent back to sender. I called them to intercept it and pay, and now it's impossible to know where the parcel is. The customer service are incredible unhelpful, every day I call with no updates from them or assistance, I asked to speak to a manager and never called me back. It has been 3 weeks since I purchased the item and I can't get a refund or the item. I continue calling every day with no resolution. PLEASE DO NOT USE.
