I was at home, no knock on the door, didn’t ring the doorbell not even a card left, no one has been here !!! Where’s my parcel, customer service helpline non existent saying they will call me back and contact the driver which I don’t believe they have… are you going to pay me a days wage while I wait around to find out what’s happening with my parcel ???
