Bloody joke! They say they attempted delivery but never did. Called up and found out driver couldn’t find address. Rearranged delivery for it to still not be delivered. Rearranged again and the driver tracking was past my house and ‘apparently delayed’ what is the point of a timeframe if you don’t adhere to it. Called so many times and the apologies don’t mean anything as I still haven’t got my parcel
