Terrible experience, the driver couldn't deliver my parcel twice in a row even though I had given instructions and I was in all day. For some reason today (Friday) they are not even reattempting. I had not even received a card with instructions and I can't find instructions on the websites. Talking to someone over the phone is difficult and also not very helpful.
