Do not use parcelforce at any cost there always happy to take your money though, but when things go wrong it’s another matter.
Packaged two lamps and shades with bubble Wrap and chippings they arrived both smashed, wrote fragile on the box. Even the boxes were severely damaged no care whatsoever.
They won’t pay out on damages given all excuses possible, I will never use this company again, and reading other peoples reviews , we are all in the same opinion. I would give no stars if I could. Very bad service.
