Sent a parcel to new Zealand from the post office 5.3.22. site hasn't updated since. Was to be a surprise baby present. Contacted parcel force, mmmm, let's leave it at that. Forced to tell my son a parcel was coming. He checked parcel force his end which says at depot waiting for delivery! So, site updates in NZ but not here. Utterly useless company and site. Phone call was a waste of time. They know nothing. Will never use again. Family member sent by interparcel 7.3.22 arrived and delivered 8 days later!!!!!
