The only way to help future customers is to recommend not using parcelforce.
I’ve been waiting for an urgent parcel that should have taken 2 to 3 days on the eighth day I had a message it was to be delivered the next day my wife stayed home all that day they didn’t even bother coming, next day received a message it would be delivered between 2.34 & 3.34 on that day I arranged for someone to be there at that time only to receive an email sorry we missed you at 12.50. I’m speechless!!
