Take ages to acknowledge receipt of a package, package then takes ages to deliver, some times it can be loaded on vehicle stage for three days, before it is advised out for delivery. They are very expensive in relation to other carriers, they have very few vehicles. rarely see a parcelforce van now on roads. Overtaken by DPD hermes TNT etc do not seem to stand a chance of matching the service provided by competitors.
