Due to a recent broken ankle I ordered a ramp to help with access to a downstairs cloakroom. Delivery was promised by 24 March but not notified by Parcelforce until Friday 25th. I tracked it within a mile of my home when it disappeared from tracking with no explanation. It was not delivered. Got a message to say delivery on Monday. I am now struggling over the weekend without it. Terrible service.
