If I could give less than one star I would, we have had 3 attempted deliveries from parcel force, one is still in Australia although it is coming from B&Q, the second only part of the order was delivered, and although we requested to pick the package up from the depot it was delivered to our home address, so called and asked to pickup the parcel and was told they wanted £5 to re deliver. Will not use this company ever again,.
