I can’t speak highly enough of how good parcelforce was for me. I sent an expensive item through them, and when it was well on the way I found out it was a scam. Parcelforce went out of there way to get the parcel stopped during transit and returned to me safely. They didn’t have to help me, but thankfully they did. And I’m extremely grateful.
