Please avoid this courier company at all costs. They have either lost or stolen an item worth nearly £3k. Image POD requested by the shop confirms that the parcel was delivered to a different building, and the system shows it was signed by some random person with a different name. This matter remains unresolved nearly a month later, and Parcelforce have been beyond useless – they keep copying and pasting the same generic response about "investigating my concerns". Absolute joke.
