Parcelforce have taken our Christmas - If you want to be uninformed and let-down use this absolutely useless service. A package was posted to me using USPS Priority Service on the 8th December 2015. It was guaranteed to be delivered within 10 days. It has been in the UK since the 12th December 2015 and Parcelforce have been holding it. This was to be a Christmas present, they have ruined that! This is a copy of an email I sent to their Customer service department: "Please can you tell me why this consignment has not been delivered? Why you have failed to contact me, if there is a problem with it? This consignment was posted on 8th December 2015, with USPS Priority Mail, it should have been delivered by the 18th December 2015 at the latest. What is the problem? According to the tracking, the consignment arrived in the UK on the 12th December 2015, where has it been since then? This item needs to be delivered by the 24th December 2015 at the latest. Please let me know how you intend to fulfil this contract. Absolutely disgusted, Mr C Wood." This company does not deserve to be in business. Looking at all the other reviews it would appear that they will be following CityLink. They have ruined our Christmas.
