It is a scam. Paid £47.50 for guaranteed 3 working days delivery. Parcel ended up only being delivered after 9 working days. Requested for a refund but got rejected with no reason. Absolute waste of money and waste of time.
Resent documents with DHL, cheaper and way more reliable. Job done within 3 working days.
