I'm only giving a 1 as there isn't a zero.
Parcel going round and round for over a week with the driver unable to find our address in the middle of a village just outside Cardiff.
Awful tracking and customer service.
Tracking states not enough delivery information, though i have confirmed there is verbally and on e mail with Parcelforce.
Never had this problem before.
Terrible service.
