My parcel was NOT handed to the recipient (me). It was just put in the hallway of our apartment building (of 18 flats). Our door bell WAS not rung! On the day of the reported delivery (20 Sep 2022 before 11:00am) NO parcel was found at all. When we found the parcel in the hallway THE NEXT DAY it had been opened and resealed with Scotch tape by someone else. THIS BOTCHED DELIVERY allowed someone else in the building to grab the parcel and examine its contents which were highly confidential.
AS A RESULT OF THIS I DOUBT I WOULD USE PARCEL FORCE *EVER AGAIN*.
