My parcel has been delivered to the wrong delivery depot and back several times.
I think parcel force just employ retards now.
Very difficult to speak to a real person.
This company deserves to be out of business with the amount of incompetence it's riddled with.
I still not received the package.
Issues with the last delivery also.
Now apparently they don't deliver to rural postcodes!!!
This is a major town we live in.
But at the end of the day they just don't care.
