I had a parcel sent out on Thursday via express 48, it didn't arrive here until yesterday (tuesday). express 48 is NOT a 48 hour service, the delivery driver didn't leave a card through the door and didn't even bother to knock the door, 'delivery attempted' was on the tracking info. I had to phone parcelforce and get them to phone the delivery driver, they said they'd call back....but they didn't. The driver turned up later on with the parcel and said that he had knocked the door several times (which he didn't) the staff on the phone are very blunt and aren't professional at all. Suprised my parcel arrived in one piece with the terrible service they gave me. I'll be using a different courier next time.
