Really really bad for high value goods coming from overseas. I have a parcel stuck in customs for 3 weeks now, no one has reached out to me so I called and supplied paperwork and still no movement. Customer service team can’t do anything as it’s in the hands of “HMRC” honestly don’t do it just go with TNT / FedEx it’s the smoothest service I found and goods arrive within a week and then they send you an invoice so your goods are not held also their customer service team is spot on But avoid this company and UPS for high value shipments and customs TRUST ME !!!
