Awful customer service. Paid for next day delivery, didn't receive on the day I was supposed to and said that they would deliver today. Parcel tracker said that they had attempted to deliver the parcel but that was a clear lie as I had been waiting in for it all day and they didn't even bother to leave a card. Tried to contact the depot which it came from with no response, kept on being redirected to different depots and to top it off the number I've had to contact FOUR times today is a number you have to PAY for to ring! Absolutely disgusted at the level of service or should I say lack of. Still waiting to be contacted back woth some useful information. PittifuI. I will be expected the money I payed for delivery and also the money spent on the phone calls.
