Absolutely abysmal service. The on line form refuses to accept my phone number as valid (it is and it also contains 11 digits AND starts with an 01/07 etc etc) You then contact them and they say they will respond shortly-guess what ??? THEY DONT!
If any firm says to me they will send via Parcelforce I will tell them I don't want the goods any more as Parcel Force are incapable of delivering or even remotely offering a service.
A garbage firm that I will have a champagne party about when they deservedly go bust
