Hi I ordered and paid the import duties on a piece of badminton equipment from France dispatched 4th October, held up at Dover customs when it should have just gone through (as sealed secure), three packages (one box arrived at my house mid October, then late October a letter from parcelforce demanding £228 vat before letting me have the second parcel, I paid, the french suppliers have said they will refund me.
3 rd package apparently is in Parcel forces main depot at Coventry, I expect another ransom letter. This country is a mess thanks to ideology.
