Completely useless service. Paid extra for a delivery on a Saturday. Received text message to say my parcel would be delivered between 9-10am. Parcel did not arrive. Made 3 phone calls to parcel force and was unable to get information about when the parcel would be delivered. Waited in the flat until 1:30pm and received a text message to say delivery was attempted but no-one was in. Completely wrong. Now I'm being told nothing can be done until Monday. Will not be using you service again and expect to be refunded the Saturday delivery charge plus compensation for time wasted.
