Awful service. Failed to collect parcel, rebooked by customer service, failed to collect, rebooked by customer service, failed to collect. Parcel sat for so long it got collected by wrong courier and now lost but apparently that was my fault, not Parcelforce for not collecting it.
No one will investigate the driver, you just get copy and paste customer service that doesn’t actual address your concerns. Will never use again. Avoid at all costs if you actually want anything delivered. This service has really gone downhill.
