i though that if you pay the premium to have a 24 hour service the item should be with you within 24 hours? it would appear that they only stand by the 24 hour service once they have collected it, it can take them 4 days to collect it but they still didn't offer me a refund.
dont bother with parcel force thay are bunch of w*******!
