I was waiting for a parcel that was due to be delivered on a Saturday morning, day that I specifically chose because I knew I would be at home. As I did not receive it, I tracked it and... surprise! It was apparently delivered to my neighbour because I "wasn't at home". My neighbour denied having received any parcel at all, so I called customer service after deciding to make an official complaint. When I stated that I find unacceptable that a parcel is delivered to someone else without my consent, the customer service staff member replied that it was not a reason good enough to complain. Well, if paying for an item that was delivered to someone else, if not being given any proper explanation and if this not being the first time that I have an issue with Parcelforce is not enough to complain, what else do I need?
