I would rate them minus starts if I could. They are the worst ever. The worst, no contest. I paid for a next day delivery. No sign of a delivery 2 weeks later, I have given up on it. Updates consist of "sorry, but we don't know when it will be delivered". I can't understand how they are in business. Do not, under pain of death, use this lot, just don't do it to yourself. Instead of calling their helpline, I suggest you put your head down and run at a wall as hard as you can, head first. When you wake up 10 minutes later that will have been a better experience and time better spent than talking to their customer service.
