What a joke. Received a letter Friday 27th January saying Parcelforce had a parcel that required payment of £29.95. Paid this the same day and was told it would be delivered Monday 30th January. Payment was taken from my card on Saturday 28th. No parcel arrived and today (31) have been told that it will take 24-48 hours to check that we have paid before the parcel can be delivered.
