Don't use them use Fed-Ex or anyone else! Left a note on the door instructing them to leave with my neighbour& giving them my permission to do so, in turn they left me a note saying "sorry we missed you" as they clearly cannot read & told me it would be delivered again tomorrow?! Big joke, it's still showing that it's sitting in their warehouse so who knows when I'll get it but like many I work & don't have time to sit waiting for a just in case delivery. I never get this issue from Fed-Ex, DPD, TNT or Hermes which I use a lot, they are always happy to leave it where I ask them to. C'mon Parcel Force, do the decent thing & call it a day!
