Never will i use this service again,posted in good faith with your alleged 48hr express service which should be known as 168hr express as that is how long it took.After numerous phone calls and emails and lies from parcel force having said it had been delivered which clearly it hadn't as customer would have said so,nothing but trouble would not entertain the idea of reimbursing a nominal fee to keep customer happy,could not afford to use this company again and will use many others who are able to provide the service which we pay for.Parcel Force you provide a terrible service and your occasional customer service comment with we apologize is not enough.
