booked parcel force delivery for a 20kg parcel, said there was a local post office drop off point but when walking over there I was informed it was shut. Went the next day and was told by another staff member that they wouldn’t take my parcel. Even after explaining the situation and why I wasn’t told the previous day they made excuses and argued with me instead of being helpful or offering a solution. 2nd time I had to carry a heavy box home when I suffer with asthma. If post office and parcel force read this review please update your opening hours and state whether a drop off point has restrictions like a certain size parcel! Give training to staff so they don’t waste your time, or offer solutions rather than headaches and potential collapse from lack of oxygen after lugging a heavy parcel home twice. I know I won’t be using or recommending Royal Mail or Parcel force.
