Held my parcel for 3 months, never sent me a letter or contacted me to inform of customs charges due, damaged my parcel and it was returned to sender. Now it's lost. £100 worth of goods. Now it's 'out of their hands' and they won't reimburse me. Parcel force more like parcel fools. I will go out of my way to avoid using their 'service' at all costs in the future.
