Absolutely abysmal service - took a day off work to be in all day to receive two items that were ordered weeks before. Supplier did their part, only to be let down by parcelforce - who stated they tried to deliver on the day and no one was in - I was in all day, plus no calling card was left during the "apparent" attempted delivery. Not sure how a company can operate that takes the money for a service and then doesn't deliver! Unfortunately the supplier chose to use parcelforce, this level of service just cements why i will never use them. Very very poor.
