Partner sent 3 seperatr parcels from USA before he came here. I paid import duty. 2 parcels got delivered but the most expensive one didn't come. It took Parcelforce 60 days to declare it lost so I couldn't claim with us postal service. Seemed like parcel force were going to compensate until they found out the items were worth £2000. Someone at Coventry depot is a thief parcel force said "parcel has been scanned in to but not out of building" so either its still there or someone stole it. So thanks Parcelforce I'm now over £2000 out of pocket because your employ thieves.
