You claim you tried to deliver a parcel to me on the 21, while I was at home working ALL DAY, you claim you left a card which is a lie, it is impossible to speak to anyone and I do not know what happen to my parcel. Aren't you embarrassed of the way you conduct your business???? Terrible service, non-existent customer service, I am beyond upset
