1 star because there is no zero.
Was expecting a parcel , at home was tracking. Suddenly message delivery attempted , not at home. Was at home,no attempt. Also have a concierge who accepts parcel if could not be delivered. Have done this before for Christmas parcel which was not delivered in time. Hope businesses look at the reviews and use reliable trustworthy alternative couriers.
