My cousin sent me through Parcel Force on November Louis Vuitton hand bag for Christmas ( she bought insurance for package) package got lost( I understand that can happen, but they don’t want to give us money back for what was insured) Parcel Force didn’t respond us for over 5 months!
We called and emailed so many times! I highly don’t recommend Parcel Force! We have to hire lawyer to help us to get money back!!
Please people be careful!!
