Parcelforce collected a parcel from us for delivery on the 20th March. It is now 17th April and the parcel has still not been delivered to its destination.. The parcel is large, it cost us over £500 to buy just 3 months earlier. We chose Parcelforce thinking it was a reputable company how wrong we were. I now intend taking Parcelforce to court.
