Quite possibly the worst service I have ever recieved has been from parcel force. I had to call well over 10 times to be sent on a wild goose chase for a package that was apparently tracked but not a single advisor could tell me where it had gone to. Just deflecting me to random post office around the area while they never got around to the cause. Meanwhile they have not offered a refund for the package or the multiple times I payed to have it redelivered. Absolute terrible company. I would not advise anyone use them and will be telling everyone what I know the same thing.
