One failed delivery due to "no one in" - someone was in and no card was left... Five further 'attempts' failed due to 'insufficient address'. After speaking with customer support three times - understood to use same driver who is unable to use Google maps or Waze to find addresses. Last customer support person I spoke to tried to be cute with me ie playing games. Asked to speak with a manager told 48 hour time frame was policy - I told hime policy was to deliver customer parcels. Still waiting for my parcel...
